Roles

The role library + the roles each project draws from.

Software core is the default set; business roles are opt-in per project. Each role carries a prompt, a suggested model, and ~/.claude skills — injected into that project's plan & execution prompts. Adapted from CEO Simulator's preset dept-roles.
